Our top priority is to protect the well being of our valued patients it is for this reason our office meets all OSHA (occupational safety and health administration) and CDC (center for disease control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
If you would like to make an appointment please contact our office by phone. We are available to take emergency calls and can set up appointments as needed for new and exsisting patients.
If you are unable to keep an appointment we ask that you kindly provide us with at least a 24 hour notice. We ask for this advance notice so we can offer the appoinment to another patient, although we are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Reminder phone calls are placed two business days in advance as well as the day before your service, in additon to sending you reminder post cards. Same day or less than 24 hour notice's to a canceled appointment will be charged a cancellation/ no show fee. After missing a second appoinment without notifying our office in advance patients will be charged additional fees. We would like to take this opportunity in advance to thank you for considering us for you dental care.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees,and we will inform you of all costs before the start of treatment. For your convenience Mastercard,Visa,and Discover Card are accepted. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.
We will submit all insurance claims for you. We are providers with Delta Dental Premier and Blue Cross Blue Sheild Dental Blue. Our team strives to receive full insurance benefits, however you are personally responsible for your account if your policy has not been paid within 30 days. If this happens to your account please contact us or your insurance company for help with your claim. In addition if any special arrangements are needed please talk to our office manger prior to receiving your serivce. When an agreed arrangement is decided it will be documented and signed by both parties.
If you are a member of a different insurance other than Delta Dental Premier or Blue Cross Blue Sheild Dental Blue you are responsible to pay in full at the time of service and we will work as best we can with your insurance to provide you with a full reimbursement directly.
